Terms
Terms of use
Last updated 9 October 2026
The Pip website and app are provided by Cyber Phoenix Ltd, trading as Pip Engineering, registered office 124-128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. These terms cover your use of the Pip website and app. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are a school, a separate school agreement may apply on top.
Accounts
- You must be an adult (18 or over) to create an account. Children use Pip through an adult's account, under that adult's supervision.
- A family account can hold up to four children. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think someone else has used them.
- School accounts are created by a teacher or administrator with authority to act for the school. We check every school before pupil profiles open.
Free and Pro
Two games, Circuit Connect and Bridge Builder, are free. Pro unlocks all the other games for up to four children.
Subscriptions and payment
- Pro costs the price shown at checkout, in pounds or dollars, monthly or yearly. Prices include any tax we are required to charge.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- Cancel any time from your account, using Manage billing. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
- If you are in the UK or EU you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase. Because Pro starts straight away, you agree it begins immediately and that your right to cancel may be lost once the games are in use, except where the law says otherwise. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
- If a payment fails, we will tell you and try again. Pro may pause until the payment succeeds.
- If we change a price, we will give you notice before it applies to your next renewal.
Using Pip
- Use Pip for its intended purpose: learning and play at home or in school.
- Do not copy, resell or reverse engineer the games, or try to get around the free and Pro limits.
- Do not upload unlawful or harmful content, or try to access another family's or school's data.
Our content
The games, characters, artwork and text belong to Pip Engineering or our licensors. You may use them through the app and site for your own family or class, but not copy or republish them.
Our service
We work hard to keep Pip running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free. We may update, change or retire parts of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Closing an account
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after warning you where we reasonably can.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy notice and cookie notice.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and if you live elsewhere in the UK or in another country you keep the protection of your local consumer law. We may update these terms and will give account holders notice of material changes.
